I am sorry to Charlotte’s family for the loss you have suffered. I went to school and lived a couple of blocks away from Charlotte. Although in the years since high school we drifted away from each other, when she moved back to North Dakota we did make connections again. It’s nice to see old friends again. Sending prayers and thoughts to all of her family

Dear Family: I was saddened to learn of Char’s passing. Her smile & fashions would light-up the facility. She loved to dress-up & loved her jewelry. I got to know Char & her family during her stay at Elm Crest. She suffered for such a long time. May she now Rest In Peace. Even if her light her on earth is done - I know she will shine on in our lives & hearts. In my thoughts & prayers. Jo Hoger (former Social Worker Designee).
